The WerkMaster 1600C–Raptor Grinding Machine

The WerkMaster™ Model 1600C–Raptor is slightly larger than the Europa, weighing in about 100 pounds heavier, it is designed to meet the needs of today's professional concrete polishing and restoration contractor. Powerful enough to grind, polish, edge and buff any concrete surface including terrazzo and all natural stone products.

Virtually eliminates edging as you can grind, polish, edge and buff to within 1/8" from the wall and under counter tops right back to the kick plate!

Ideal for garage floor restoration, residential and small commercial applications, or as an edger on large commercial and industrial jobs, the Raptor features WerkMaster’s Patent Pending Octi-Disc Technology. Its variable frequency drive allows you to run as slow as 950 rpm for buffing, then rev it up to become a high speed burnisher while edging , grinding and polishing as fast as 3500 rpm!

Job too big, then Gang together 2 Raptors for an impressive 32 inch footprint and 4.5 Square Feet of coverage! Twice the production – ½ the Labour!

The WerkMaster™ Model 1600C–Raptor is designed to exceed the needs of today's professional commercial/residential/maintenance contractor. This is by far the most aggressive, powerful grinding/edging machine in it's class. No other machine can grind and edge concrete as fast as the Raptor. It's agile, easy to use, voraciously grinds through VCT glue, mastic, rubber back carpet residue, thinset, epoxy, paint, spalled or rained out concrete and any other surface material you may encounter.
